2 Minute Green Soup
Makes 3 bowls
1 bag frozen peas, defrosted under hot water
1 small clove garlic
1/3 cup almonds
1/2 tsp. hot pepper flakes
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1 large tsp. mustard, I used dijon.
3-4 cups baby spinach
salt and black pepper to taste
3 cups boiling water
Carefully blend until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
If desired garnish with more hot pepper flakes.
